Scholarship Description:
We invite applications for a PhD scholarship in the interdisciplinary fields of microfluidics, microsystems and biomedical devices. This fellowship provides an opportunity to undertake innovative research at the confluence of engineering, biology and translation under the supervision of Professor Chwee Teck Lim (https://ctlimlab.org) and Dr Lailai Zhu (www.lailaiflow.com).

- Microfluidics, Micro-systems, and Biomedical Devices.
Eligibility criteria:
- Duration:Four-year scholarship with tuition fee waiver.
- Stipend: SGD 2,200 per month before the qualifying examination and SGD 2,700 per month thereafter.
- Location: The entire duration of the doctoral programme will be at NUS, with no requirement to study in Guangzhou.
- Sponsorship: This scholarship is funded by the Government of Guangzhou.
- Post-Graduation Commitment: As part of the scholarship agreement, recipients are required to work in the Huangpu District of Guangzhou for two years after completing their PhD studies at NUS.
