Scholarship Description:
Two postdoctoral fellow positions are immediately available in Professor Zaijie Wang’s laboratory at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Center for Biomolecular Science, University of Illinois Chicago.
The research in our lab focuses on the neurobiology, epigenetics, and pharmacology, with respect to both pain and opioid addiction.

Eligibility criteria:
- The ideal candidate should have completed a Ph.D. in a relevant biomedical discipline (e.g., neuroscience, pharmacology, biochemistry, biological psychology, molecular biology,etc.). Research experience in pain or addiction is preferred, but not required.
